| | Do you have a home gym? What type of exercise equipment do you use? | | Hello, do you have a home gym? I don't but have been considering it. I do have an IFIT Treadmill, that is wonderful because of its pre-programmed walking programs that includes inclines, and I don't have to worry about doing it manually. I also have an ABLounger, which I like because it allows me to stretch through to the arch of my back and crunch up tight. I have recently added the WAVE from the firm that is a really alot of fun, giving a boost to any excercise routine. But the item I love the best that I have added to my fitness program this year is the Core Rhytms salsa dance videos, it is so much fun to do. | What Kind of Home Exercise Equipment Do You Have? | | What kind of home exercise do you have or do you work out at the gym? I have a Total Gym which is advertised on TV by Chuck Norris. I also have the side lateral glide which is good. I lose about 1/2 lb. every time I get on. I stay for about an hour at the highest resistance. Oh yeah, I have the Taebo tapes which are really good. The only problem is I don't consistently use any of them. How about you? | |

| | What exercise equipment do you enjoy using most? | | For me I will say that I like the treadmill since it’s the only exercise equipment that I have tried. I would say that stationary bike looks nice and fun too. I haven’t tried it though. Hope I would have one too. But I am a lazy person I don’t like to exercise. It’s better to jog actually. But here in my place it’s not really great to jog around here. There are lot of pollution here. And the place is really not that wonderful. Though in the early morning try to jog, I have tried it and it’s nice too. I would like to job in a more beautiful place where there is lots of place that I stop for a rest. Since here if you jog around the place, you just can’t stop anywhere since it’s a residential place. There’s only one place to rest. It is the circle where some chairs and plants for people to relax and see some view. Besides the treadmill and stationary bike, others use weights to exercise. I really like using weights. It’s really hard to do that. It requires discipline and determination to do that always. And I believe that we must also fit enough to do some weights. It’s not just for everybody. You have to have some instructor or guide before you do that. Since you should not try... | |
