| food replacement/diet shakes and bars | | I am going to be starting an intensive weight loss diet. I will be having total food replacement shakes/bars as my main my lunch and evening meal. I have to eat proper food for my breakfast/supper. has anyone done a food replacement diet like this, did it work for you? what foods do you recommend eating with it, i've been told high protein foods. Also do these shakes and bars make you feel hungrier for longer or did it leave you feeling hungry? | |
