| How much do we bring ourselves? | | I guess it's just questioning motives really, or trying to blame myself, i dont know, but i often think that we enjoy being miserable and unhappy. Its a way to relate to other people on a more personal scale.Of course i want to be happy and i want to make other people happy too, but depressing music just sounds so good to me that it doesnt always sound depressing, it sounds really meaningful and inspiring which is sort of confusing and it makes me feel guilty sometimes to listen to it.
Imagine how boring the world would be if it werent for depression and psychological problems. we wouldnt have such great musicians and artists without it, there is a totally different perspective of beauty in the eyes of a depressed person and i amd actually grateful for feeling the way i do even though a lot of the time its pure Hell.
People often seem to say hoe they would like a less stressful life, to have less drama and heartache, yet we make the same mistakes throughout our lives time and time again, even if we think we've learned from the past we still do things that make us unhappy, i feel as if learning to not do things that will hurt you in the long run is the same as denying you... | |
| | What is Hell? | | Now, if you are a human being with morals, or if you read the Divine Comedy, or at least have a basic idea of what it is, we all know that Hell is a place of burning and fiery doom. But on a more mental, personal scale, what is hell for you? A place where people ignore you completely? Are you stuck in one horrible place for the rest of eternity? What is a hellish situation for you? Give me some of your views. | |
