| Puffed wheat vs. Whole grain cereal? | | I compared the nutrition labels on a bag of puffed wheat to a box of a rolled grain cereal. The puffed wheat only had 2g of fiber, whereas the rolled grain cereal (Uncle Sam's grain/flaxseed) had 10g of fiber. When you puff wheat, are you removing good things about the wheat? I'm really trying to find a good cereal for me, that has the whole grain, and I'm concerned that puffed wheat isn't it! | |
