My hair was getting soaked with sweat. That's the first time this year for me. So have you had to put your hair up because it's so hot? For those of you without hair that you can put up, when was the first time you had to wear a hat? I've been wearing a hat on and off for a week now to keep from getting my head sunburned. So have you had to do things to keep your face from getting sunburned?

My hair won't stop falling out!
I have always had this problem but now since the hysterectomy its worse. I can totally see my scalp and my husband just shakes his head when he looks at my hair. Is Your Daily Vitamins Harming Your Body??
If you take supplements containing glandular ingredients from animals, including some digestive enzymes, you may need to concern yourselfwith mad cow disease risk. Four years ago, animal imports were banned from countries that reported outbreaks of mad cow disease. However, some industry experts are concerned that supplement companies may still be using banned meat products. The FDA sent letters to supplement manufacturers recommending they use ingredients from uninfected countries, but compliance is strictly voluntary. Industry experts estimate that almost half of glandular supplement manufacturers do not include ingredient sources on their labels. Though there has never been a reported case of mad cow disease in the these countries, this issue still warrants concern.

I am currently taking these supplements:-CLA (Omega 6 essential fatty acids, helps retain lean muscle) -Flaxseed Oil (Omega 3 essential fatty acids, good for a ton of things including your heart, BP, and skin) -Sesamin (great for your kidneys and liver, weightloss) -Calcium (for obvious reasons) -A multivitamin -Iron (not included in my multivitamin)What about you??
Alternatives for Chronic Pain
I'm on the search for alternatives for Chronic Pain. I do not have insurance and very little money. I also have a lot of allergies that prohibit many over the counter medications. So I'm trying to find other ways to help with my chronic pain.Right now I have injuries in my neck, upper back, lower back, hips, hands, shoulders..just about everywhere from my head on down to my hips. Thankfully normally my knees and such do not cause me a lot of pain. I also have degenerative disc and joint disease which just adds to it all.So I'm looking for something that I can use to help with the pain. If anyone has any home remedies, herbs, right now if you told me standing on my head I'd probably try it but anyway if you know of something that works for you can you please share it?

Me, well i take vitimin supplements. I take fish oil coq10 vitimin D,Vitimin B complex with C in it and flaxseed oil. I usually stay pretty healthy. I also try to get plenty of sleep. What is the One main thing You do to stay healthy?
Do you take Omega 3 fatty acids?
I use to but now I take flaxseed oil with the omega 3 fatty acids in them. I was having a problem taking the omega 3 gels separate it made things not smell good you know where, very embarrassing. So I switched to flaxseed with the fatty oils in them. So what do you take for supplements anything? Do you have any trouble with smell taking the omega 3 fatty acids?
