| | Do you take VITAMINS? | | A new study, done in Norway was released recently, that states that vitamins actually shorten the human lifespan. They warn that taking vitamins and supplements, especially Vitamin A, and E,and Beta Cerocine, have shown through numerous tests to reduce lifespans by by 16% 4%, 7%, respectively . They say that the reason people have shortened lifespans is because taking vitamins, unnaturally, leads to a disorder in the natural immune system, because their body did not go about getting these vitamins through natural, healthy, food, and so they are more likely to live less.I have not taken vitamins in a long time. Whenever, I feel that I have not had enough vitamins in my regular food, in a while, then I might take one. However, the reason I had stopped (other than having no time), is that I had heard long ago that there was still uncertainty about what effects vitamins might have on us, because they were still fairly new, and research was still in the early stages. | |
