In the past all I have done is weighed myself and it seemed like the weight never drops very fast. | | Can anyone advise me on how to lose body fat? | | I weigh 150lbs, I'm 5'2", I did weigh 165lbs, and I dropped 15 pounds taking a pill called Lipozine, I'm eating very healthy, I drink nothing but water, I haven't touched pop in almost a year. The sweets I have is 1/2 the fat vanilla bean ice cream, and Special K vanilla almond cereal. So that's really not that bad. The cereal is supposed to help you lose weight too. I also have low blood sugar, so I have to have a lot of sugar in my diet anyways. But maybe that's the problem... I've heard that there's a way for hypoglycemic people to lose weight, but I don't know what it is. I can't afford gym equipment or a gym membership. I've been working out 3 times a week. I workout to Taebo, or Gilad, but I've been stuck at the same weight for months! Why??? Can you help me? What's a good workout video? | |
